The Lockwood 4701 Square End Plate with Cylinder Hole and 70 Lever in Satin Chrome finish is a slim rectangular brass plate designed for use with Lockwood 3770/3570 and 3780/3580 Series Mortice Latches. The plate measures approximately 185mm in height, 26mm in width, and 11.5mm in thickness, fitting doors with thickness from 32mm to 50mm. The 70 lever has an ergonomic design featuring a length of 121mm, projection of 53mm, and finger clearance of 37mm, ideal for comfortable and accessible operation. The satin chrome finish provides a corrosion-resistant brushed surface that complements modern architectural aesthetics. Installation includes concealed fixing externally with visible fixing internally for secure back-to-back mounting. The product is compliant with fire rating standards, AS1428.1 for disabled access, and is backed by a 25-year mechanical warranty ensuring durability and long-lasting performance in demanding commercial and institutional environments.
