The Lockwood 724 Series Door Closer in Silver (724SRSIL) is a reliable surface-mounted hydraulic closer designed for doors ranging from 40kg to 80kg and up to 1100mm wide. Featuring EN adjustable power size 2-4, it is suitable for a wide variety of commercial and institutional applications. Its rack and pinion mechanism and extruded aluminium body ensure long-lasting durability. The 724 Series offers adjustable backcheck, closing, and latching speeds for controlled door movement and enhanced safety. Non-handed design allows installation on left or right-hand doors, while regular, parallel, or over-door mounting options provide flexibility for site conditions. The clip-on cover and included parallel arm bracket promote easy installation and a clean appearance.
This closer holds open up to 150°, with the adjustable hold-open feature available for non-fire doors. It is fire-rated for up to four hours on suitable compliant door assemblies, meeting Australian Standard AS1905.1:2005. Supplied with fixing screws for straightforward installation.
