It features a solid brass construction with a chrome plate finish that offers a bright and durable surface resistant to tarnishing and daily wear. The escutcheon has a clear privacy indicator visible from both sides, showing the room's occupancy status, improving user convenience and privacy assurance. Designed to fit timber doors between 32mm and 50mm thick, it includes concealed fixing screws for a neat, flush installation. It is compatible with Lockwood Selector 3770 and Synergy 3570 series mortice locks and meets fire rating requirements up to 4 hours. The product complies with Australian standard AS1428 for accessible design and is supplied with a 25-year mechanical and a 10-year finish warranty, making it reliable for both commercial and residential use.

Features of the 1220 Series Brass Rose Door Furniture
- A removable stop screw allows all symmetrically designed levers (eg. Cadenza) to be handed on site. Levers of asymmetrical design (eg, Veloce) cannot be reversed. Specify handing left or right hand when ordering.
- All Lockwood roses and levers contained in the 1220 series are of a solid brass construction.
- Designed for use with Lockwood 3770 Selector & 3570 Synergy Series Mortice Latches and with5260 Tubular Latches.
