Description
The Velocity Entrance Lock L3 SC DP Satin Chrome is part of the Lockwood Velocity Series, engineered for main entry doors in residential and commercial applications. It features the Element L3 lever on a 63mm round rose, constructed from solid zinc die-cast and finished in satin chrome for contemporary style and corrosion resistance. The lockset is suitable for doors with thicknesses from 35mm to 45mm and is supplied with a 60mm backset as standard (70mm optional). The set includes a high-security 13mm projection brass deadlatch bolt and a box strike with a concealed crossgrain door frame strengthening screw. Key features include a 5-pin cylinder (6-pin capability), internal and external locking, and a Safety Release™ function to prevent accidental lock-ins. The lock supports several modes: secure, passage, and safety, with quick installation and retrofit compatibility for standard 54mm holes. It is supplied with two keys and can be keyed alike to other Lockwood locks. Designed and manufactured to Australian Standards (AS4145.2-2008), the Velocity Entrance Lock maintains robust security, durability, and ease of use, making it a reliable choice for modern entryways.
