The BRAVA Metro RA Series Tiebolt Storeroom Lockset is a robust, commercial-grade solution for doors that require controlled key access from the exterior while always allowing free egress from the interior. This lockset is a "Storeroom" function, where the exterior lever is always locked and can only be opened with a key, while the interior knob is always free to open the door. The tiebolt design uses through-bolts to secure the handles, ensuring a firm and durable installation. This lockset features an adjustable latch, allowing it to be easily configured for either a 60mm or 70mm backset to fit a wide variety of door preparations. Finished in a modern Satin Chrome, the lockset is resistant to wear and corrosion, providing a long-lasting and sophisticated aesthetic. The complete set includes the combination knob and lever handles, a latch with an adjustable backset, a strike plate, and a set of keys. It is also fire-rated for up to 4 hours.

BRAVA Metro RA3H series tiebolt 60-70 mm backset storeroom knob/leverset. Commercial grade.
Successfully tested up to 4 hours (depending on type of doorset) on fire door assemblies in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1905.1- 2005, Part 1: Fire Resistant Doorsets.
Storeroom function
- Outside knob unlocked by key, knob retracts the latch.
