The PROTECTOR 701 Series is a robust Euro cylinder mortice deadlock designed for a high level of security on commercial and residential doors. This lock is a deadlock only, providing a solid deadbolt function without a latching mechanism. A key feature is its 58mm backset, which is the distance from the faceplate to the centre of the cylinder, making it a common choice for a wide variety of standard doors, particularly timber doors. The lock is operated by a Euro profile cylinder (sold separately) to extend and retract the deadbolt. The faceplate is finished in a durable Satin Stainless Steel (SSF), providing excellent corrosion resistance and a modern, clean aesthetic.
