The Dormakaba BTS80 EN4 Combi Packet is a complete, heavy-duty floor spring kit designed for concealed installation on single and double-action doors. This comprehensive pack includes the main floor spring body, a cement box for installation, a standard spindle, a durable bottom door strap, a top centre pivot, and a sealing compound. The unit has an EN4 spring strength, making it suitable for doors up to 1100mm wide and with a maximum weight of 300kg. The floor spring features adjustable closing speeds, an integral mechanical backcheck to protect the door and surrounding walls, and a temperature-independent, adjustable hold-open function between 75° and 175°. The kit is finished with an aluminium cover plate, providing a clean and professional appearance for a variety of door materials, including timber, glass, and aluminium.

Description

DORMA BTS 80 EN4 aluminium door kit includes floor spring body, including cement box and standard spindle, cover plate, bottom door strap, top centre and sealing compound.

It is a universal non-handed floor spring for single and double action doors. With adjustable closing speed and closing action from approx. 175°, with hydraulically controlled closing cycle and mechanical backcheck.

Integral pressure compensation feature allows for temperature-independent hold-open between 75° and 175° (removable). Hold-open start point and delayed action is easily adjustable by valve.

Suitable for installation on doors up to 1100 mm (W) with a max. 300kg leaf weight.
