The Puerto lever is a solid brass door lever on a 52 mm concealed-fix round rose, supplied as a pair. The lever measures 145 mm long with a 61 mm projection and a pill-shaped section. Rose fixing centres are 41.5 mm; euro and privacy punch-outs are 85 mm centre to centre. It suits timber and aluminium doors and takes a 60 mm backset latch or lock. Available in five finishes and six function options. Not fire rated.
Entrance Kit (Key/Thumb) — Key outside, thumbturn inside. Includes an 85 mm CTC / 60 mm backset euro mortice lock, euro cylinder and two escutcheons. For front and back doors, garage access and storerooms.

Bundle Guide — What Else Do You Need?
A complete door set depends on the function required and whether it is a double door.
Step 1 — What type of door is it?
Lock sizing: the Puerto round rose takes a 60 mm backset. Euro and privacy punch-outs are 85 mm centre to centre. For a rebated double door, choose a rebated mortice lock (supplied with the rebate kit).
Step 2 — Is it a double door?
Double doors need flush bolts to secure the inactive leaf. Doors under 2100 mm: 150 mm bolt top and bottom. Doors 2100 mm and above: 300 mm top and 150 mm bottom. Flush bolts are available non-lockable or key-lockable; a magnetic catch can be used in place of the bottom bolt.

What's the difference between the Inbuilt and Separate Privacy Kits?

The Separate Privacy Kit uses a separate privacy turn and release mounted apart from the handle, with a split-cam tube latch and a privacy bolt. Both use a 60 mm backset.

Which hinges do I need?
Ball bearing for entrance and heavier doors (reduces friction and wear); fixed pin for internal and lighter entrance doors; loose pin for internal use, ideal for bathrooms since the door can be lifted off in an emergency. Use 3 hinges per door as a general rule.
Do I need flush bolts?
Only on double doors, to secure the inactive leaf. Under 2100 mm: 150 mm bolts top and bottom. 2100 mm and above: a 300 mm bolt top and 150 mm bottom. Flush bolts are available non-lockable or key-lockable.
