The Kilargo IS7010si is a slim-line, compression-type door perimeter seal fitted around the head and jambs of single-swing doors. Its silicone gasket compresses between door and frame to seal gaps of 0–6 mm against sound, smoke, light, dust and weather, with snap-on aluminium cover plates concealing every fixing.

What It's Used For

Fit the IS7010si to the head and jambs of single-swing doors in offices, hotels, apartments, healthcare and education buildings – anywhere door-edge gaps let through noise, smoke, draughts or light. It mounts against the existing door stop and adjusts to close the gap tightly.

Not recommended with snap-on cover plates on aluminium door/frame systems; for rebated frames on single doors, specify a long-backset door latch so the seal clears the latch furniture.

Where is the IS7010si fitted on the door?

It is fitted around the door frame perimeter - across the head and down both jambs - in place of relying on the plain door stop. The door bottom is sealed separately (pair it with a Kilargo automatic door bottom seal or threshold seal for a complete system).

What door gap does the IS7010si seal?
