The Kilargo IS7020si is an aesthetically designed, slim-line compression perimeter seal for the head and jambs of single-swing doors. Its silicone gasket seals gaps of 0–6 mm against sound, smoke, light, dust and weather, and the snap-on anodised cover plate keeps all fixings hidden. What It's Used For
Fit the IS7010si to the head and jambs of single-swing doors in offices, hotels, apartments, healthcare and education buildings – anywhere door-edge gaps let through noise, smoke, draughts or light. It mounts against the existing door stop and adjusts to close the gap tightly.
Not recommended with snap-on cover plates on aluminium door/frame systems; for rebated frames on single doors, specify a long-backset door latch so the seal clears the latch furniture.

Where is the IS7020si fitted on the door?
It is fitted around the door frame perimeter - across the head and down both jambs - against the existing door stop. The door bottom is sealed separately (pair it with a Kilargo automatic door bottom seal or threshold seal for a complete system).
Do I need anything special when fitting the IS7020si to a rebated frame?
Yes - on rebated frames of single doors, specify a long-backset door latch so the latch furniture clears the seal. This is standard practice for stop-mounted perimeter seals.
What door gap does the IS7020si seal?

Can the IS7020si be used on fire doors?

What is the antimicrobial (AM) option?
Selecting the Anti-Microbial option supplies the seal with antimicrobial silicone gaskets, compounded to inhibit bacteria and mould growth on the seal surface - the version specified for hospitals, aged care, laboratories and food-preparation areas.
