The Kilargo IS7025si is Kilargo's most popular slim-line door perimeter seal, designed to fit to an existing door stop around the head and jambs of single-swing doors. The silicone compression gasket closes gaps of 0–6 mm against sound, smoke, light, dust and weather, and a decorative cover strip conceals the fixings.

What It's Used For

The IS7025si is the go-to retrofit perimeter seal for hotels, apartments, offices, hospitals and schools. Because it fixes to the existing stop, installation is quick and non-destructive – ideal for acoustic upgrades, smoke sealing and draught-proofing of doors already in service.

Pair it with a Kilargo automatic door bottom seal (IS8005si–IS8100si) to seal the full door perimeter.

Acoustic tested — AS 1191 / ISO 140-3 / ISO 10140-2. Acoustically tested in accordance with AS 1191, ISO 140-3 and ISO 10140-2 — the laboratory standards for measuring sound insulation. Where is the IS7025si fitted on the door?

It is fitted around the door frame perimeter - across the head and down both jambs - mounted directly onto the face of the existing door stop. The door bottom is sealed separately (pair it with a Kilargo automatic door bottom seal or threshold seal for a complete system).

What door gap does the IS7025si seal?

It seals perimeter gaps of 0mm up to 6mm between the door leaf and the frame/stop. Measure your gap with the door closed; if it varies or falls outside this range, an adjustable Kilargo perimeter seal may suit better - call Prime Hardware on 1800 329 028 for advice.
