The Kilargo IS7025si Slimline Door Perimeter Seal Set supplies the head and jamb lengths for a complete door in one kit. Mounted to the existing door stop, the silicone gasket closes gaps of 0–6 mm against sound, smoke, light, dust and weather. Door sets take the guesswork out of ordering: a Single Door Set contains 1 x 1000mm (head) and 2 x 2100mm (jambs); a Long Single 1 x 1000mm and 2 x 2750mm; a Double 3 x 2100mm; and a Long Double 1 x 2100mm and 2 x 2750mm.

The IS7025si is the go-to retrofit perimeter seal for hotels, apartments, offices, hospitals and schools. Because it fixes to the existing stop, installation is quick and non-destructive – ideal for acoustic upgrades, smoke sealing and draught-proofing of doors already in service.
Pair it with a Kilargo automatic door bottom seal (IS8005si–IS8100si) to seal the full door perimeter.

A Single Door Set includes 1 x 1000mm length for the head and 2 x 2100mm for the jambs. Long Single: 1 x 1000mm + 2 x 2750mm. Double Door Set: 3 x 2100mm. Long Double: 1 x 2100mm + 2 x 2750mm. Lengths cut down on site for a neat mitred or butted fit.
Where is the IS7025si fitted on the door?
It is fitted around the door frame perimeter - across the head and down both jambs - mounted directly onto the face of the existing door stop. The door bottom is sealed separately (pair it with a Kilargo automatic door bottom seal or threshold seal for a complete system).
What door gap does the IS7025si seal?
It seals perimeter gaps of 0mm up to 6mm between the door leaf and the frame/stop. Measure your gap with the door closed; if it varies or falls outside this range, an adjustable Kilargo perimeter seal may suit better - call Prime Hardware on 1800 329 028 for advice.
Can the IS7025si be used on fire doors?
Yes - it is fire tested to AS 1530.4 in accordance with AS 1905.1 on proprietary fire door assemblies (certifications GVYI.R26629, GVWZ.R26629, GVWZ7.R26629). Confirm the approval covers your specific door type and rating with your fire door manufacturer or certifier.
What is the antimicrobial (AM) option?
Selecting the Anti-Microbial option supplies the seal with antimicrobial silicone gaskets, compounded to inhibit bacteria and mould growth on the seal surface - the version specified for hospitals, aged care, laboratories and food-preparation areas.
