The Kilargo IS7080si Door Perimeter Seal Set supplies head and jamb lengths for a complete door in one kit. With a fire-tested silicone gasket, it installs in lieu of the door stop and seals gaps of 0–10 mm against sound, smoke, light and weather. Door sets take the guesswork out of ordering: a Single Door Set contains 1 x 1000mm (head) and 2 x 2100mm (jambs); a Long Single 1 x 1000mm and 2 x 2750mm; a Double 3 x 2100mm; and a Long Double 1 x 2100mm and 2 x 2750mm.

Specify the IS7080si on fire doors, smoke doors and acoustic doors in hospitals, hotels, schools, apartments and offices – it delivers stop-integrated sealing with full fire and smoke approvals. Also an excellent weather and draught seal on external doors.
Pair with a Kilargo automatic bottom seal such as the IS8090si for a complete certified doorset; on rebated single-door frames, specify a long-backset latch.

A Single Door Set includes 1 x 1000mm length for the head and 2 x 2100mm for the jambs. Long Single: 1 x 1000mm + 2 x 2750mm. Double Door Set: 3 x 2100mm. Long Double: 1 x 2100mm + 2 x 2750mm. Lengths cut down on site for a neat mitred or butted fit.
Where is the IS7080si fitted on the door?
It is fitted around the door frame perimeter - across the head and down both jambs - installed in place of the door stop itself. The door bottom is sealed separately (pair it with a Kilargo automatic door bottom seal or threshold seal for a complete system).
Can the IS7080si be used on fire doors?
Yes - it is fire tested to AS 1530.4 in accordance with AS 1905.1 on proprietary fire door assemblies (certifications GVYI.R26629, GVWZ.R26629, GVWZ7.R26629). Confirm the approval covers your specific door type and rating with your fire door manufacturer or certifier.
What door gap does the IS7080si seal?
It seals perimeter gaps of 0mm up to 10mm between the door leaf and the frame/stop. Measure your gap with the door closed; if it varies or falls outside this range, an adjustable Kilargo perimeter seal may suit better - call Prime Hardware on 1800 329 028 for advice.
What is the antimicrobial (AM) option?
Selecting the Anti-Microbial option supplies the seal with antimicrobial silicone gaskets, compounded to inhibit bacteria and mould growth on the seal surface - the version specified for hospitals, aged care, laboratories and food-preparation areas.
