The Kilargo IS7320si is an adjustable aluminium meeting-stile and door-edge seal for frameless glass sliding doors (12–15 mm glass) – the companion profile to the IS7310si. The silicone gasket seals against smoke, draughts and dust, protects glass edges during closure, and installs with a simple self-adhesive application.

Smoke sealing — BCA/NCC Specification C3.4. Conforms with Building Code of Australia (NCC) Specification C3.4 smoke sealing requirements. Smoke — not flame — is the biggest killer in building fires, and C3.4 sets out how door gaps must be sealed so escape routes stay clear of smoke.

Not a fire seal. This product is not a fire-rated seal. It is designed for smoke (ambient and medium temperature), draught and dust sealing on frameless glass doors; glass door assemblies are not fire-rated systems. If your door is a fire door, pair it with (or choose) a Kilargo intumescent fire seal tested to AS 1530.4.

Fire and smoke approvals apply to tested, proprietary door assemblies. Always confirm suitability for your specific door type and required rating with your fire door manufacturer or building certifier.

What's the difference between IS7310si, IS7320si and IS7300si?

IS7310si and IS7320si are the two complementary edge profiles for a sliding glass junction; the IS7300si is simply the combination set containing both. Order the set for a complete meeting-stile detail, or the individual profiles to suit your configuration.

Does it protect the glass edges?

Yes - the silicone gasket acts as a cushion, preventing glass-to-glass impact when the doors close, as well as sealing the gap against smoke, draughts and dust.
