The Kilargo IS7330si is an adjustable aluminium meeting-stile and edge seal for hinged or pivoted frameless glass doors (12–15 mm glass). Its high-performance silicone gasket seals the meeting edge against smoke, draughts and dust, cushions glass-to-glass closure and applies with easy self-adhesive fixing.

What It's Used For

Seal the meeting edges of hinged and pivot frameless glass doors – office partitions, meeting pods, shopfronts and foyers – controlling smoke, draughts and dust while stopping glass leaves clashing on closure.

The adjustable carrier compensates for on-site variation in glass gaps, and the gasket is replaceable to keep the seal performing for years.

Smoke sealing — BCA/NCC Specification C3.4. Conforms with Building Code of Australia (NCC) Specification C3.4 smoke sealing requirements. Smoke — not flame — is the biggest killer in building fires, and C3.4 sets out how door gaps must be sealed so escape routes stay clear of smoke.

Not a fire seal. This product is not a fire-rated seal. It is designed for smoke (ambient and medium temperature), draught and dust sealing on frameless glass doors; glass door assemblies are not fire-rated systems. If your door is a fire door, pair it with (or choose) a Kilargo intumescent fire seal tested to AS 1530.4.

Fire and smoke approvals apply to tested, proprietary door assemblies. Always confirm suitability for your specific door type and required rating with your fire door manufacturer or building certifier.

Does the IS7330si suit swinging glass doors?

Yes - unlike the sliding-door IS7310si/IS7320si profiles, the IS7330si is adjustable to suit hinged or pivoted frameless glass doors in 12-15mm glass.

Can the gasket be replaced?

Yes - a matching Kilargo ISRG silicone twin-fin gasket (sold per metre) presses into the IS7330 profile to restore as-new sealing without replacing the carrier.
