This 1 Point Exit Device with 60mm BS Electric Mortice Lock in Silver finish is designed for 1200mm wide doors. It ensures secure locking and reliable emergency exit access, making it ideal for commercial and safety applications.
The Lockwood FLUID Exit Mortice Lock series is engineered for the specific use with the Lockwood 3572 High Security Mortice Lock and 1800/2800 Series brass door furniture.
Operation
Inside: Egress is always achieved by use of the FLUID Exit Panic Bar which will retract the latch bolt of the mortice lock.
Outside: Entry by operation of lever handle when unlocked or via key override cylinder (outside lever handle furniture and cylinder are not supplied and must be ordered separately).
Locking: Controlled by modified 3570EL electric mortice lock integrated with keypad or access control system (not included)
Standards and Compliance
Successfully tested on fire door assemblies in accordance with Australian Standard AS1905.1-2005. Fire Resistant Doorsets.
