DESCRIPTION
The Lockwood 2801 Round End Plate with Cylinder Hole and 153 Left Hand Lever in Polyester Powdercoat finish is a high-quality architectural door hardware component designed for commercial and public buildings. Made from solid brass with a durable polyester powdercoat finish, it offers excellent protection against wear, corrosion, and environmental exposure, suitable for high-traffic and exterior door applications. The 153 lever is asymmetrical and must be specified as left or right handed, as it cannot be reversed. The lever length is approximately 120mm, with a projection of 70.6mm and a finger clearance of 43mm, providing ergonomic comfort. The plate measures approximately 166mm high, 48mm wide, and 12mm deep, fitting timber doors 32mm to 45mm thick. The cylinder hole fits standard oval profile cylinders compatible with Lockwood Selector and Synergy Series mortice locks. Concealed fixing ensures neat and tamper-resistant installation. This product is fire rated up to 4 hours (dependent on doorset and lock configuration) and carries a 25-year mechanical warranty, combining style, durability, and functional performance for demanding architectural door hardware applications.
