This mortice lock paves the way for more security on exterior doors which have windows. (e.g. when intruders make an attempt to break into a building using a window, the key lock on the inside of the door will prevent them from entering.)

Mortice Lock Function - where the deadbolt locks by a key on both the exterior and interior of the lock. The latch is operated on the interior and exterior by a knob or lever.

Ideal for commercial application.
