The plate measures 185 x 26 x 11.5 mm and suits door thicknesses of 32–50 mm. It is fitted with Lever 106 (130 mm long, 48 mm projection), which is a non-compliant lever profile.

- The matching exterior plate — Lockwood 4804/106SB in the same lever and finish, to complete both faces of the door.
- A Lockwood mortice lock — a Selector 3770 or Synergy 3570 Series mortice lock to suit the 4800 Series and your door.
- A Lockwood cylinder — a 570 Series oval cylinder to key the door.
