Description
The Velocity Entrance Lock L3 SC 5KA in Satin Chrome is a high-security door lock designed for residential and commercial entrance doors. Constructed from high-purity zinc alloy, it fits doors with thicknesses between 35mm and 45mm and features a durable satin chrome finish that resists corrosion and suits modern architectural aesthetics. This lock includes a 13mm projection brass deadlatch bolt and comes with a box strike equipped with a concealed crossgrain door frame strengthening screw for enhanced security. It offers three modes of security: Secure (locked from inside and outside), Safety (locked from outside, free from inside), and Passage (free entry and exit). The lockset incorporates Lockwood’s Safety Release™ to minimize the risk of being locked inside, along with LockAlert® status indicators for quick security verification. It supports a 5-pin tumbler cylinder with 5KA project keying, ensuring robust access control. Designed and manufactured to Australian standards, this lock combines functional security with sleek style and ease of installation for front doors.
