The Velocity Privacy Set & 28 Lever DP Satin Chrome Pearl is part of Lockwood’s Velocity Series, tailored specifically for residential privacy doors such as bathrooms and bedrooms. This set features the Hakea 28 lever style mounted on a 55mm diameter round rose with a 12.5mm thickness. Both lever and rose are crafted from solid zinc die-cast, providing durability, strength, and corrosion resistance with a finish in satin chrome pearl, offering a soft metallic sheen suitable for various interior styles.
The privacy set includes a 60mm backset privacy latch with an internal activating pin, permitting secure locking from the inside, and an external emergency release mechanism for added safety. The latch automatically disengages when the internal lever is operated and is adaptable for both inward and outward-opening doors. Ergonomic design details of the lever consist of a length of 121mm, a projection of 63mm, and a finger clearance of 43mm, ensuring comfortable use.
