Zanda Epic Door Lever in Satin Brass — 54mm Rose, 60mm Backset, 15-Year Warranty | Futura Range

This listing is for the Satin Brass finish, featuring a 54mm screw-on rose with concealed fixing and through-door bolts for a secure fit that won't twist out of square. Available from a leverset only through to complete entrance sets with mortice lock and euro cylinder included. Backed by a 15 Year Warranty.

Futura Range — All Finishes, One Price: The Zanda Epic is part of the Futura range where all six finishes are offered at a single price point — Brushed Nickel/Chrome Plated, Brushed Nickel, Graphite Nickel, Matt Black, Satin Brass, and White. Bundle Guide

Step 1 — Select your function: Internal non-locking doors (living areas, hallways, laundry) → Passage Set (10021). Bathroom or bedroom requiring privacy lock → Integrated Privacy Set (10022). External or front entry door → Entrance Set (10024.3 or 10024.4). Inactive face of a double door → Dummy Set (10023.D). Replacing lever only with an existing latch in place → Leverset Only (10020).

Step 2 — Entrance set cylinder choice: Choose 10024.3 (Key/Key — double cylinder) for glass doors or doors requiring key access from both sides. Choose 10024.4 (Key/Turn — single cylinder) for the standard residential configuration where a thumb turn operates the lock from inside. Both include a 70mm euro cylinder.

Step 3 — Mortice lock backset guide: Entrance sets include the 1143 mortice lock at 60mm backset. Measure from the edge of the door to the centre of your existing handle bore to confirm 60mm is correct. For a 45mm backset, you would need the 1142 mortice lock, which is not included in these sets — contact Prime Hardware for guidance.

Step 4 — Double door set: For French-style or double entry doors, pair one entrance set (active leaf) with one 10023.D dummy set on the inactive leaf.

Step 5 — Finish: Satin Brass coordinates with warm-toned interiors and is part of the Futura range where all six finishes share the same price. If you need to match across multiple door positions, all finishes are available at the same price — no need to compromise on finish choice for cost reasons.

What functions are available for the Zanda Epic in Satin Brass?
The Zanda Epic Satin Brass is available in six configurations: Leverset Only (10020), Passage Set with 1131 latch (10021), Integrated Privacy Set with privacy kit (10022), Dummy Set non-handed (10023.D), Entrance Set Key/Key with 70mm double cylinder (10024.3), and Entrance Set Key/Turn with 70mm single cylinder (10024.4). Select the function that matches your door's use — passage for internal non-locking, privacy for bathrooms and bedrooms, entrance for external entry doors, and dummy for the inactive face of double doors.
What other finishes is the Epic available in — and do they cost more?
The Zanda Epic is available in six finishes as part of the Futura range: Brushed Nickel/Chrome Plated, Brushed Nickel, Graphite Nickel, Matt Black, Satin Brass, and White. All six finishes are priced identically — there is no finish premium. Each finish is available as a separate product listing on the Prime Hardware website, making it straightforward to specify a consistent finish across an entire project.
What is included in the entrance set, and which cylinder should I choose?
Both entrance set variants include the Epic leverset, the 1143 euro mortice lock (60mm backset), a pair of 7020.2 round escutcheons, and a 70mm euro cylinder. The 10024.3 uses a 1147 double cylinder — keyed on both sides, suited to glass doors or any door where locking from outside only is needed. The 10024.4 uses a 1148 single cylinder — keyed outside with a thumb turn inside, which is the standard configuration for most residential entry doors. If unsure which suits your door, call Prime Hardware on 1800 329 028.
Why does the Epic use through-door bolts instead of face screws?
Through-door bolts pass through the full thickness of the door and clamp both sides together, meaning the handle cannot twist or loosen over time with use. Combined with the 54mm screw-on rose with concealed fixing, the installation is both mechanically secure and aesthetically clean — no exposed face screws visible on the rose.
What warranty does the Zanda Epic Satin Brass carry?
The Zanda Epic Satin Brass is backed by a 15 Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
Can I view the Zanda Epic Satin Brass in person before purchasing?
