Zanda Winchester Balmain Door Lever on Round Rose in Vintage Pewter — 9-Door Home Package
A complete 9-door package of Zanda Winchester Balmain door levers in Vintage Pewter, with 27 matching hinges. The package covers 5 passage doors, 2 privacy doors and 2 entrance doors, so every internal and external door in a typical home is fitted in one matching finish. The Balmain is a solid brass traditional door lever from Zanda's Winchester range, designed and made in Italy, on a 54mm round rose. It suits French provincial, Hamptons, heritage and Georgian interiors. Vintage Pewter is a cool, muted grey-bronze tone with an aged character. Through-door bolts and grub screws hold each rose square and tight on the door.

Bundle Guide — Before You Order
Hinge Guide
| Hinge type | Best for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Ball bearing | Entrance and heavier doors | Bearings reduce friction and wear — best for high-use doors. |
| Fixed pin | Internal and lighter entrance doors | A reliable all-rounder for most internal applications. |
| Loose pin | Internal use — ideal for bathrooms | The pin withdraws so the door lifts off without unscrewing the hinge. |
| Parliament | Doors that must open 180° | Projects the door clear of the frame or architrave so it swings back against the wall. |

What's included in the Zanda Winchester Balmain 9-door home package?
The package fits 9 doors, all in Vintage Pewter. You get 5 passage sets (lever set and latch), 2 separate privacy sets (passage lever set and latch, privacy turn and privacy bolt), 2 entrance sets (lever set, mortice lock, key/turn euro cylinder and escutcheon) and 27 Zanda hinges — 3 per door.
Which rooms does each door function suit?
Passage sets suit bedrooms, living rooms and studies — the door opens and closes but never locks. Privacy sets suit bathrooms and ensuites — they lock from the inside with a privacy turn, with an emergency release outside. Entrance sets suit front and back doors — they lock with a key from outside and a turn from inside.
How does the separate privacy set work?
Each privacy door uses a standard passage lever set and latch, with a separate privacy turn and privacy bolt fitted below the lever. The door locks from the inside with the turn, and has an emergency release outside. Because the levers are the same passage set used on the other doors, every lever in the home matches.
What comes with each entrance set?
Each entrance set includes 1 lever set, 1 mortice lock, 1 euro cylinder and escutcheon. The cylinder is key/turn — locked with a key from outside and with a turn from inside. Measure your door thickness and backset before ordering so the correct mortice lock and cylinder length are supplied.
Why does the package include 27 hinges?
Three hinges per door is standard for internal and entrance doors. Nine doors at three hinges each is 27 hinges, all in Vintage Pewter to match the levers.
What backset do I need?
The backset is the distance from the door edge to the centre of the spindle. Tube latches come in 45, 60 and 70mm backsets; mortice locks come in 44, 46 and 57mm. Measure each door before ordering and tell us your backset so the correct latches and locks are supplied.
Will this package suit aluminium doors?
The levers install on timber doors 35–45mm thick using the included wood screws. Aluminium doors are typically 44–55mm thick and may need aluminium-specific fixings. Confirm the latch or lock suits your frame profile before ordering.
Are door stops and flush bolts included?
No. Door stops and flush bolts are sold separately. If you have double doors, you will need flush bolts to secure the inactive leaf — a 150mm bolt top and bottom for doors under 2100mm, or a 300mm bolt top and 150mm bottom for doors 2100mm and above.
What does Vintage Pewter look like?
Vintage Pewter is a cool, muted grey-bronze tone with an aged character. It suits French provincial, Hamptons, heritage and Georgian interiors. Screen colours vary, so view the finish in our Annangrove showroom if colour matching is critical.
How do I clean Vintage Pewter door levers?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
What warranty applies?
The Zanda Winchester Balmain package carries a 10-year manufacturer mechanical warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use when the hardware is correctly installed.
