What does "three finishes at one price" mean?

The Boston is offered across three finishes — Brushed Nickel, Graphite Nickel and Matt Black — all at the same price. You can mix finishes throughout a project without affecting the cost per handle.

Which function do I need?

Choose Passage (10081) for non-locking doors. For bathrooms, choose Integrated Privacy (10082) where the lock is built into the lever, or Separate Privacy (10086) which uses a standalone privacy bolt. Choose Residential Entrance (10084) for house front and back doors, or Apartment Entrance (10085) for unit entry doors. Choose Dummy (10083.D) for a fixed pull with no latch.
